The 2026 Blue Mountain Summit will be held at the JB Duke Hotel in Durham, North Carolina on the dates of September 15th through 17th.

Early registration for the 2026 Blue Mountain Summit is $995 per person - until June 30, 2026!

After June 30th, registration for the 2026 Blue Mountain Summit will be $1,350 per person.
 

Our conference rate at the JB Duke Hotel is $259 per night (plus applicable fees and taxes). Rooms can be reserved by clicking here.

Meals and refreshments will be provided for our guests during the Summit program, from Tuesday morning until Thursday afternoon. Group transportation to any offsite activities will be provided by your hosts. Onsite self-parking for Summit guests will be complimentary.

We are not able to pay or reimburse for mileage, ground transportation, or other travel costs for Summit attendees.

You can indicate in your registration that you'll be paying by purchase order. Provide the company details requested there, and our team will send you a quote for processing, along with specific instructions about how to return the PO.

The Summit will kick off "officially" in the morning (breakfast) of Tuesday, September 15th and will conclude after lunch on Thursday, September 17th.

Many guests may be arriving on Monday, September 14th, and we'll have an opportunity to gather informally that evening.

To make the most of your time with us, please plan to arrive to the hotel no later than Tuesday morning, and you're free to depart the hotel any time after 1pm on Thursday.

The JB Duke Hotel is:

  • approx. 25 minutes by car from the RDU airport
  • approx. 40 minutes by car from downtown Raleigh
  • approx. 20 minutes by car from the Research Triangle Park 
  • approx. 2.25 hours by car from Charlotte, NC
  • approx. 27 hours by plane from Svalbard Airport, the northernmost public airport on Earth

All of our Summit attendees will have ample opportunity to connect directly with Blue Mountain Product Specialists, Customer Success team members, Implementation and Training staff, and others.

You can schedule a dedicated meeting time with any member of our attending team, or make use of the "Ask the Experts" station in our Base Camp Registration area.

Your registration process will give you the opportunity to tell us of any dietary restrictions or considerations of which we should be aware. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs to the best of our abilities.
