This advanced training session introduces RAM’s new functionality allowing configuration of Vendor and Standard records at the customer (local) scope level. Historically, these records existed only at the system scope, making them globally shared across all sites. With this enhancement, customers now have the flexibility to define site-specific Vendor and Standard lists tailored to their operational needs.

The session will also cover how to transfer existing system-scoped records into local scopes by updating the Scope ID—an essential step for customers who have already implemented global records but now prefer local configuration.
