This session introduces the new self-service capabilities for Group Management in RAM, enabling customers to directly modify their own groups and configure nested groups within the application. Previously, these updates required assistance from Blue Mountain, but with this enhancement, users now have full control to manage their group structure independently. This allows for faster turnaround times, reduced dependency on support, and greater flexibility in aligning system permissions with your evolving operational needs. The session will also highlight examples of configuration personalizations to showcase how RAM can be tailored to your organization’s unique requirements.
