Vantage takes a pragmatic, compliant, and value-driven approach, ensuring data and AI strategies align with GxP requirements, tie back to the shopfloor, and deliver measurable ROI on data investments.

Prior to setting up Vantage, Patrick worked in senior digital and data leadership roles across global consulting and top-tier pharmaceutical organisations, leading large-scale transformations spanning manufacturing, supply chain, and external manufacturing networks, including the rapid-scale COVID-19 vaccine production effort. He was named Analytics Leader of the Year by the Analytics Institute of Ireland in 2022 and has supported 2 global sites receiving world economic forum lighthouse status.
