Upskilling people - making champions in other companies (particularly with turnover) - also upskilling people who show up after initial implementation - not relying on tribal knowledge - suggest adding BMU training directly into SOPs so new people are upskilling - there is a lot more at people's fingertips than they realize - if they 're in BMU, they may stumble on areas they didn't know about - also they can go to BMU if there's a new area of the software they want to explore - training room to walk through BMU - could kick off last day with "continue your learning after you leave".
